Upload a Document to the Governance Documents

How to upload papers into the Governance Repository

The Governance Documents are located under Documents on the Navigation bar.

Documents can be added by Administrators, Board Secretaries or Chairs.

On this page documents/files can be added directly into the repository to be found "loosely" or added to folders by either clicking or dragging them from the source.

To Look for a specific document, not in a folder you can search by date, title (alphabetical order) or person (who uploaded the document). Use the document menu to:

  • Downloading the document

  • See past versions 

  • Moving the document to a folder (or you can drag the file directly into a folder)

  • Deleting the document permanently.
