How to add an new agenda item to a meeting

Only the Administrator, Board Secretary, Chair and Senior Executive roles can add to an agenda. For more information, please see Roles and Permissions.

To add an agenda item to a meeting, look for the ย "+ Agenda Item" on the left-hand side of an open agenda and click on it.

Notes:

+ Agenda Item is found underneath every Section

  1. You can add as many agenda items as you need.

  2. Select to add one of BoardPro's Smart Agenda Items if not being used in this agenda.

  3. Move Agenda Items anywhere in the agenda by using drag-and-drop

  4. You can add agenda items to a meeting until it has been confirmed.

  5. To add a formal vote or motion to the agenda, use the Vote agenda item.
