To use the Governance Documents to link additional reading/ appendixes for Board packs to an agenda:
Add a Folder in the Governance Documents
Add your documents to the folder
Copy the URL from the above bar
You can paste the URL into the purpose field of an agenda
Or, if you would prefer not to add an additional agenda item, you can paste the link into the Meeting Notes Field found on the Meeting Details page just below the list of Attendees
