Occasionally you may need to include a link for additional documents in your minutes as a reference. This guide will show you how to add a link to a file in the Governance Documents to your minutes.
First open the file in your Governance Documents that you want to link to, and click 'Copy Link' from the top right
Then open the minutes in the meeting you want to add the link to.
In the relevant agenda item, click on the minute where you want to add the link.
Type in your link text and click on the link tool on the right.
In the window that opens paste in the link that you copied earlier into the 'URL' field and click Save.
The last step is to save your Note/Minute. The link will appear in your minutes and will open in a new window when clicked on.
