Agenda:
To add external links to an agenda item -Use the Description field to include the link.
Click on the Link icon in the Description menu
Copy and paste the URL
Add a title (Text to Display)
Decide if you wish to have this open in the current window or a new one
Save (blue box) and then click the tick (β) of the Purpose field.
These links will be added to your agenda, and your Board Members will be able to click on them to access them from either the Agenda (within the agenda item, or via the Preview) or the Board Pack.
