Only Administrators, Board Secretaries, Chairs and Sr. Executives can add to an agenda. For more information please see Roles and Permissions.
To add an agenda item to a meeting look for the "+ Agenda Item" on the left hand side of an open agenda.
Click on the + Agenda Item and select Standard Action Item
+ Agenda Item is found underneath every section
- You can add as many agenda items as you need.
- Select to add one of BoardPro's Smart Agenda Items if not being used in this agenda.
- Move Agenda Items anywhere in the agenda by using drag and drop
- You can add agenda items to a meeting up until it has been confirmed.
