Adding an Agenda Item

How to add an agenda item to a meeting

Only Administrators, Board Secretaries, Chairs and Sr. Executives can add to an agenda. For more information please see Roles and Permissions.

To add an agenda item to a meeting look for the  "+ Agenda Item" on the left hand side of an open agenda.

Click on the + Agenda Item and select Standard Action Item 


+ Agenda Item is found underneath every section

  1. You can add as many agenda items as you need.

  2. Select to add one of BoardPro's Smart Agenda Items if not being used in this agenda.

  3. Move Agenda Items anywhere in the agenda by using drag and drop

  4. You can add agenda items to a meeting up until it has been confirmed.
