When viewing any document under Governance Documents, you can select Copy Link at the top-right to copy the URL and send it to others. If they are a person with permission to view the document, this link will take them directly to the document.

Links to Governance Documents are also useful when you want to refer board members to a document without publishing it in full to a Board Pack or Report.

You can paste the link for a Board Only Folder

or an individual document within a Board Only folder directly to Agenda items, Minutes, Action updates and more.
