On the Organisation Page click on Settings.

From here you can 

  1. Enable/disable automatic email reminders from BoardPro for Action Items and Meetings by clicking on the toggle

  2. Change the number of days for the reminders to be sent out (between 3-21).

Note:  If your Reminders are Enabled BoardPro will automatically send out an email reminder either the day before (Meetings) or on the due date (Actions)
