Under Organisation, you will find the Settings for your company. Only Chairs, Administrators and Board Secretaires can edit these.

From here you can change or update:


  1. General Settings including the name of the company (used on Agendas and Minutes), add a short name (used on the Application Interface), and set the Organisational Language -select a language that will be reflected in the PDFs (Agenda, Board Pack and Minutes) that BoardPro generates.  

  2. Disable Downloading and Printing of documents

  3. Set your Quorum


Add your organisation's logo or icon

Meeting Locations

  • Add, Edit, or Delete a Meeting Location

  • Set a default location for all your meetings
