The Agenda

An overview of BoardPro's Agenda Page

Written by Kim Thibault

Admins, Board Secretaries, Chairs, and Senior Executives can create and edit the agenda in BoardPro.

Agenda page overview

The Agenda page consists of:

  • The agenda (left-hand panel)

  • The agenda item details (right-hand panel)

Agenda structure

The agenda panel contains:

  1. Sections

  2. Agenda items

There is no limit to the number of sections or agenda items that can be added.

Sections are used to organise your agenda into logical groups. Each section can be renamed, reordered, or removed to suit your meeting requirements. The exception is the Close Meeting section, which can be renamed but cannot be moved or deleted.

  • To add a section, click + Section.

  • Use the More actions menu () to rename, move, or delete a section.

Note:

  • The first and last sections can be renamed but cannot be deleted.

  • The last section cannot be moved because it is linked to other areas within BoardPro.

Agenda items

Agenda items can be added at any time by clicking + Agenda. New items are added to the section you are currently working in. If an agenda item is greyed out it means that item is already in your agenda.

The agenda item currently open in the details panel is highlighted in light blue.

Use the More actions menu () to:

  • Move the agenda item up or down

  • Add a new agenda item below the current item

  • Delete the agenda item
