Minutes Signing

Action Updates

As an action owner, you can now keep the board informed by providing written updates. The latest update is automatically included in the board pack.

Multiple Agenda Item Presenters

When more than one person is presenting an agenda item, you can now easily select multiple presenters for clearer delegation and ensuring that all contributors are appropriately recognised.

Board Pack Changes

When a new version of the board pack is published, it's not always obvious what's changed. Now, when you open a board pack that has been updated, simply click View Changes to see everything that's changed since it was first published.

Beta feature available for Premium and Ultimate customers only.

Board Pack Sharing

Sometimes you need to provide access to a board pack for one-off guests. Now you can email a temporary link that grants access to only one board pack and can be revoked at any time, maintaining the security of your organisation.

Link to Governance Documents

Now you can link directly to individual files in Governance Documents, saving your board members from navigating through folders. Just click Copy Link to share a secure link that can only be used by individuals with permission to view the document. You can also paste these links into Agendas, Minutes, Actions and more to refer your board members to related documents.
